career as an Internet Marketer. After a rather lengthy learning curve with several false starts (and spending tens of thousands of dollars in the process!) today Neil is a successful Internet Marketer. He has been personally coached by the Internet Marketing guru of the decade – Eben Pagan.
But you do not need to spend 2 years or tens of thousands of dollars to learn Neil’s secrets!
Neil has removed all the kinks and honed his marketing system down to the bare-bone essentials – the ‘MUST HAVE’ steps to successfully generate leads on the Internet.
In addition, he earns significant consulting fees with several private clients helping them implement Internet strategies to successfully grow their businesses.
And I am Mary Nack. I have been a real estate agent for 30 years. Today, I own a boutique real estate firm – The M. Nack Team, Inc. My primary market is residential brokerage in the Lincoln Square neighborhood of the City of Chicago.
And I am definitely ‘old school’.
My primary job is to make sure that Neil doesn’t get too carried away on the “geek speak” – or any far-fetched theory that will not work for the real estate industry. Being mentored personally by Neil, and applying these very same strategies to my own business, my gross commission income in the first six months of 2010 alone was more than double of what I did in all of 2009!
I am living proof that if I can do it – ANYONE can!! Old school or not!

In November 2008, Neil and I joined forces to train and coach real estate agents on how to transition their business to the Brave New World of Web 2.0 marketing – utilizing mostly free social media tools.
